Role Description The Industrial Engineer Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Medina. This position oversees industrial and manufacturing engineering activities, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing workflows, identifying process improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to optimize productivity and resource utilization. The supervisor coordinates with production, maintenance, and quality teams, prepares reports and performance metrics, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and technicians, facilitating clear communication among stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering skills applicable to food and beverage production environments.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in Process Improvement to optimize systems, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and presenting recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing or food processing facility is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory standards relevant to food production.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and basic manufacturing-related software; ability to work on-site in Medina on a full-time schedule.
