Job Description
Key responsibilities:
•Layout drawings for sheet metal cutting.
•Create shop drawings and solid CAD models as per instructions.
•Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
•Improve the efficiency of each production process.
•Evaluate employees tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
•Evaluate existing manufacturing, logistics, or service workflows to identify improvements.
•Collect and analyze data via observations, surveys, and timing tasks to establish production standards.
•Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
•Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) tools like SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
•At least 2 years related experience
•Broad knowledge in HVAC industry is an advantage
•Knowledge in LEAN manufacturing is an advantage
•Candidates must possess effective oral and written communication skills.
•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
•Hard working, reliable and trustworthy
•Preferably living in CAMANAVA and Manila Area
