Job Description

Job Summary

The Industrial Engineer (Inventory Control) is responsible for planning, analyzing, and improving inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role focuses on developing data-driven solutions that enhance inventory visibility, minimize losses, improve warehouse operations, and support business continuity.

Working closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, Production, and Finance, the Industrial Engineer evaluates inventory performance, recommends process improvements, and implements best practices that optimize inventory utilization while maintaining high service levels and operational excellence.

WHO YOU

ARE:Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Enginee
ring.Licensed Industrial Engineer is an advantage but not requ
ired.Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, or manufactu
ring.Experience with ERP systems, inventory management software, or warehouse management systems is prefe
rred.Strong knowledge of inventory planning, warehouse operations, and process improvement methodolo
gies.Experience in construction materials, manufacturing, industrial products, or distribution is an advan

tage.
TECHNICAL

SKILLSAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis
tools.Experience with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or inventory management sof
tware.Knowledge of inventory forecasting and demand planning techn
iques.Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics proc
esses.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is pref
