Industrial Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Taguig. The role will focus on analyzing and improving business processes, optimizing workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to translate data and process insights into practical business improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing processes, workflows, and operational activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct time and motion studies, process mapping, and capacity analysis as needed.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to support business decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor operational efficiency.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement process improvement solutions.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures, process flows, and work instructions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend further enhancements.
• Support projects involving productivity improvement, resource optimization, workforce planning, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Operations Excellence, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and reports.
• Experience in process mapping, data analysis, productivity measurement, or continuous improvement is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
