Job Description
- Conduct internal operational audits and evaluations.
- Analyze workflow, processes, and system inefficiencies using industrial engineering tools.
- Plan, lead, and monitor improvement projects aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KP|s) to measure effectiveness of operations.
- Use Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of operational improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks
- Proven track record of leading improvement projects in manufacturing, logistics, or service environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
