Position: Operations Efficiency Services Supervisor

Job Summary :

Support the operations to attain its KPI.

Job Description:

1. Monitor KPIs.

2. Identify areas of the operation that need improvement and conduct thorough case investigation, experimentation, to help provide recommendations and create action plans that will aid in solving the operations concerns.

3. Provide technical assistance and help increase the operations efficiency by assisting in development, implementation, and maintenance of effective quality management system through the Certification Program

4. Routine compliance checks to facilities to distinguish best plant practices and continuously identify areas for improvement
