About the Role

Must have 1–3 years experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, production planning, manufacturing operations, or continuous improvement programs, preferably in food manufacturing, commissary operations, FMCG, or supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement — Ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process optimization initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Reporting — Skilled in gathering, interpreting, and analyzing operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Application — Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for waste reduction, process standardization, and operational excellence.
• Production Planning & Supply Chain Coordination — Understanding of production scheduling, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes to ensure efficient operations.
• Systems & Technical Proficiency — Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and data management tools for monitoring KPIs, reporting, and operational analysis.
• Cross-functional Collaboration — Proven ability to coordinate effectively with Production, QA, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other departments to achieve operational goals.
• Problem-solving & Analytical Thinking — Ability to identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and implement practical solutions to operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related engineering field.
• Preferred but not required: Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, project management, or related operational excellence certifications are an advantage but not required.

Required Skills

• Knowledge: Process improvement methodologies, time and motion studies, production planning, inventory management, quality systems, workflow optimization, manufacturing operations, data analysis, and continuous improvement principles.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), data analysis and reporting, problem-solving, project coordination, process mapping, analytical thinking, and strong communication and presentation skills.
