Position: Industrial Engineer
Working location: San Juan Manila
Working Sched: Monday to Saturday
Salary: 25k to start only

Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience : 1-2 Years Experience in Production/Manufacturing
Preferred applicants within Manila, can report for face to face interview and complete requirements already
Requirements/ Skills : Proven experience in production process optimization, layout design, and work measurement.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
Knowledgeable and the Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize labor utilization. This role ensures that production operations run smoothly while maintaining high-quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
