Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience : 1-2 Years Experience in Production/Manufacturing
Requirements/ Skills : Proven experience in production process optimization,
layout design, and work measurement.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project
management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other
continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
Assist in the daily operation of production lines to ensure operations run smoothly and
meet or exceed target efficiency.
Exercise administrative control over personnel to ensure strict implementation of company
rules and regulations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Plant Manager
