Indirect Tax & VAT Accounting Sr. Specialist | Tax

Specific Position-Title of this post is : VAT Senior Specialist

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Technology & BS Accountancy or related BS accounting course
• Willing to work on any shift assigned / shifting schedule especially Midshift schedule: 2PM - 11PM (as we are still verifying the details; but we prefer candidates who can work on any shift/shifting especially Midshift)
• Willing to work on site in Aseana,Paranaque but must be amenable to work as well in WC City Center BGC, Taguig (Company will relocate this January 2027)
• At least 2 years - 4 years of relevant experience in VAT, GST, indirect tax, accounting or a related finance/tax role.
• Practical experience with VAT calculations, reconciliations and tax reporting.
• Good understanding of EU VAT principles and indirect taxation.
• Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups and data analysis. Experience with Oracle or other ERP/financial systems is highly desirable. Experience with international or cross-border transactions is an advantage. Experience in a multinational organisation, preferably shared services environment
• Exposure to SAF-T, e-invoicing or other digital tax reporting requirements is a plus Experience with intercompany transactions and input VAT recovery
• Experience supporting VAT audits.
• Experience with ERP tax codes, VAT logic or system testing.
• Good communication skills
