Your Job
As an Indirect Sourcing Engineer, you will be responsible for executing procurement strategies and managing sourcing activities for indirect goods and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver value through cost optimization, supplier performance, and process efficiency.
Our Team
You will be part of the Regional Sourcing & Buying Center, collaborating with local cross-functional teams and global category management to support procurement initiatives and drive operational excellence.
What You Will Do
· Execute daily purchasing activities and manage open purchase orders, including resolving GR issues
· Lead end-to-end procurement processes aligned with business
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency
· Develop strong understanding of supplier base, procurement processes, and cost drivers
· Drive cost optimization initiatives (vendor consolidation, volume leveraging, negotiations)
· Lead supplier sourcing activities including RFx, supplier evaluation, risk assessment, and contract negotiation
· Partner with Global Category Management on supplier negotiations and contract development
· Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, contracts, and preferred supplier agreements
· Monitor procurement KPIs and support continuous improvement
· Collaborate with stakeholders on supplier qualification and performance management (quality, delivery, service)
· Support supervisor on reports, projects, and other assigned tasks
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement
· Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
· High level of integrity and professionalism
· Proficiency in procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa) and Microsoft Office
· Good written and verbal English communication skills
