KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • The Indirect Procurement Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for supporting the deployment of the process optimization roadmap, including process design input for the indirect procurements processes.
  • This role will be working closely with the Requisition to Pay (RTP) Operations teams and a wide range of business partners globally and will provide expertise and input into process and technology design to support indirect procurement processes.
  • Support definition of process/technology requirements for indirect procurement, providing input on local requirements/considerations
  • Manage change control process with technology teams and RTP Operations
  • Ensure adoption of new processes and support local teams on process/technology implementation, including end user training
  • Provide guidance and insights on system reporting/metrics, defining continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance of indirect procurement processes/technology, considering where controls should be embedded
  • Develop and maintain desktop procedures for indirect procurement processes
  • Create testing plan and coordinate execution within region for indirect procurement systems, including integration with SAP

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business management
  • A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Knowledge and understanding of indirect procurement processes
  • Knowledge of end-to-end process design, process improvement, systems improvement, and process controls
  • Understanding of finance principles including financial controls
  • Detailed oriented and structured in the approach to work
  • Working knowledge of Procurement systems (SAP, Ariba etc.) is preferred
  • Experience with transformational programs or enterprise-wide change initiatives

OTHER DETAILS:

Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x weekly onsite in Paranaque, but will move to BGC in 2026)

Work Schedule: Mid shift
