Position Overview
As anIndependent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our service offerings by identifying prospects, building connections, and closing deals. This role offers flexibility, enabling you to operate independently while making a significant contribution to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through outreach, networking, and industry research
- Present and demonstrate our services effectively to prospects, addressing needs and showcasing value
- Manage the full sales cyclefrom planning and proposals to negotiations and closing
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client requirements
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategy
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within BPO or related industries in the US, UK, Australia, or Europe
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, business cultures, and industry trends in these regions
- Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with B2B sales
