Job Description

Supports lessor related concerns pertaining to lease and contract renewal. Ensure cell sites are accessible and in operating condition with the lessors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Outline strategiesto support end to end contract management in a timely manner avoiding delayed renewal of contracts to avoid site access issues
Develop and execute strategiesand action plans to resolve issues escalated by Lessors/Property Owners and Operations Team
Develop and execute the end to end lessor experience journey to ensure a consistent partner experience journey w/ Globe
Build and manage good working relationship with the lessors

Coordinate and collaborate with other functional business units to identify resolution opportunities, process and performance improvement, requirements, and corresponding initiatives
Contract Management: Manage contract renewal & amendment ahead of expiration date
Lessor Management: Manage partnership with lessor focusing on the experience end to end from acquisition, build, maintenance, payment and contract renewal/amendment through process outsourcing model
Site Build Access Management: Manage the advance lessor engagement to drive seamless access to sites required for build rollout (Expansion Projects)
Formulates strategies across ILM aligned to the overall business direction
Monitors the effective implementation of the transformation, program delivery, partner management, backroom support, automation and contracts review
