Job Description
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Income Auditor to join our Finance team on-site in The Lind Boracay.
In this role, you will serve as the primary safeguard of our daily revenue integrity across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets, and Leisure operations. You will perform daily revenue audits, reconcile multi-channel financial transactions, enforce strict internal accounting controls, and deliver critical daily financial insights directly to resort leadership.
If you are an analytical accounting professional with background in hospitality revenue control, PMS auditing, and financial reconciliation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit, verify, and reconcile all daily revenue postings across Rooms, F&B outlets, Banquets, and resort amenities against cash banked, credit card settlements, and Accounts Receivable. Produce and distribute the Daily Revenue Report to Executive Leadership and Department Heads.
- Audit guest checks, dockets, settlements, and float totals across all outlets to ensure zero revenue leakage. Review and track all voids, corrections, rebates, paid-outs, and unsettled bills, securing proper management authorizations.
- Partner with the General Cashier to verify daily collection summaries against bank deposit slips, merchant settlements, and cash float balances.
- Manage, audit, and track promotional programs, complimentary vouchers, gift certificates, and guest loyalty adjustments.
- Conduct routine, unannounced physical audits of outlet cash floats, POS registers, and section inventory controls. Summarize daily rebate credits and financial adjustments for Finance Manager review.
- Partner closely with Front Office, F&B Outlet Managers, Night Audit, and Cashiering teams to resolve posting discrepancies promptly and enforce finance SOPs across all property touchpoints.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting or revenue auditing experience, preferably within a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-volume hospitality environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data reconciliation) and practical experience with Hotel Property Management Systems (Opera PMS / HMS) and Point of Sale (POS) software.
- Solid foundation in record-keeping, daily revenue reconciliation, cashier auditing, and internal control frameworks.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, high integrity, and the ability to operate effectively under daily financial deadlines.
- CClear, professional verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with department managers and senior executives.
- Must be willing to be based on-site in Boracay Island.
