Job Description

The Incentives Management Support Officer's responsibility is to support the design, administration, and execution of the Bank's incentive and recognition programs that drive employee performance, sales productivity, and engagement. The role assists in communications, awards activities, incentive payouts, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the effective delivery of recognition and incentive initiatives across the Bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and administration of the Bank's Incentives and Awards Programs, including the development and implementation of program mechanics, eligibility criteria, and operational processes in coordination with product partners and relevant business units.
  • Monitor incentive payouts, including validation of production data, budget monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with finance, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate incentive processing.
  • Prepare management reports and program analyses on program performance, participation, budget utilization, and incentive effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance employee motivation and business results.
  • Plan and execute recognition and awards initiatives, including employee recognition events, award ceremonies, and related activities that reinforce a culture of performance excellence and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement communication and engagement plans to promote incentive programs, drive employee participation, and increase awareness of sales campaigns, awards, and recognition initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, rewards and recognition, project management, marketing, communications, and event/campaign execution, plus 2-4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, budget monitoring, and reconciliation.
  • Skills in project coordination, program administration, event planning and stakeholder management
