Your Role
As a
Incentive Analyst, you will:
- Create clear reports and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Translate complex information into simple, easy-to-understand language.
- Organize your daily tasks to make sure the most important work is done first.
- Use internet tools and common computer programs to support team projects.
- Communicate ideas clearly through emails, meetings, and presentations.
- Pay close attention to details to ensure all data and documents are accurate.
- Help the team find creative solutions to everyday business challenges.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work without constant reminders.
- Solid understanding of basic internet technologies and digital tools.
