Your Role
As a
Incentive Analyst, you will:
- Triage, analyze, and input automotive incentive rules, OEM cash offers, and financing terms into internal database tools.
- Evaluate complex logic matrices to determine how various OEM incentives, rebates, and consumer offers combine or conflict.
- Perform quality control audits on database outputs and product releases.
- Monitor manufacturer websites and industry sources to capture real-time OEM incentive changes.
- Categorize program metadata and ensure automated reports deliver accurately to clients on schedule.
- Provide technical content knowledge to product development and QA testing teams.

What You Need:
- Ability to convert complex OEM program rules into structured database inputs.
- High-speed data entry skills with a focus on data integrity.
- Skill in conducting self-directed web research to extract promotional information.
- Sharp focus when auditing offer compatibility, expiration dates, and vehicle eligibility.
Preferred Skills / Expertise
- Prior experience in the automotive industry (dealership finance, auto OEM pricing, or vehicle data analytics).
- Experience using proprietary database platforms, CMS tools, or relational data systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and logic testing.
- Background in data auditing, Quality Assurance (QA), or rules-engine logic management.
