Role Overview:
The Sales Specialist is a dedicated, target-driven professional who excels in consultative selling. You will handle inbound sales inquiries generated via phone calls and online quote forms. Success in this role is defined by maintaining an elite Call-to-Booking Ratio, maximizing Average Revenue Per Booking, and consistently reinforcing the value proposition of the company
Work Setup: Onsite- BGC Office; Morning - Mid Shift; Full-time Regular
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound sales calls and warm leads generated through online forms
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets and conversion rate goals (e.g., maintaining a call-to-booking ratio of 2.0 or lower)
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments (discovery calls) to fully understand client requirements, timelines, and underlying pain points
- Apply value reinforcement techniques to justify pricing, differentiate The Mr Group from competitors, and emphasize long-term benefits and outcomes
- Accurately quote services, manage pricing exceptions, and adhere to established sales procedures
- Manage a pipeline of follow-up quotes, ensuring a timely and structured cadence to maximize conversion rates
- Confidently and professionally overcome common sales objections, including pricing, timing, and competitor comparisons
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, quotes issued, and conversion statuses within the CRM
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in a high-volume, performance-driven inbound sales or call center environment
- Consultative Sales Expertise: Strong practical application of consultative selling, value-based sales methodologies, and advanced objection-handling techniques
- Communication Skills: Exceptional English fluency (written and verbal) with an accent-neutral phone presence, professional tone, and persuasive communication
- Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort using Bolt CRM, internal quoting systems, and standard office productivity tools
- Resilience: Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while handling pressure positively
