Inbound Sales Representative

This is a full-time on-site role in Pasig for an Inbound Sales Representative. The responsibilities include handling inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and managing client accounts. The role also involves effectively communicating with customers to identify their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales, including converting inquiries into sales opportunities
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Customer Service expertise to deliver excellent experiences and foster relationships
• Experience with Order Processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions
• Knowledge of Account Management for maintaining client satisfaction and retention
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
