Inbound Sales Representative
LOCATION: Matina IT Park, Davao City
WORK SETUP: Office Base (Full-time)
WORK SCHEDULE: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Graveyard/Night Shift)
WORKDAYS: Monday to Friday
Duties and Responsibilities
- :Answer incoming calls from prospects who have expressed interest in our products or service
- sAssess customer needs through active listening and strategic questionin
- gPresent product solutions that align with customer requirements and pain point
- sProcess orders, handle payment information, and complete sales transaction
- sUpsell and cross-sell relevant products or services when appropriat
- eAddress customer concerns and objections with professionalism and confidenc
- eMeet or exceed conversion rates, average order value, and sales target
- sDocument all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM syste
- mProvide accurate product information, pricing, and availability detail
- sEscalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessar
