Position Description
Position Title: Inbound Sales Representative
Location: Philippines
Reporting to: Team Leader
The Inbound Sales Representative for AU telecommunications account handles incoming calls from customers inquiring about mobile plans, internet services, or upgrades.
They aim to convert interest into sales by using their knowledge about the company's products or services to potential customers with accurate, concise and complete information.
Knowledge, Skills And Behaviors Required
- Average to Above Average written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to multitask
- Confident and able to use initiative
- Provide excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls to convert inquiries into new sales or service upgrades.
- Explaining telecom & energy products, service plans, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
- Utilizing CRM systems and software simultaneously with customer conversations to document interactions.
- Meet set productivity, customer and sales KPIs
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- At least 6 months background in sales preferably within a BPO/telecommunications setting
- Strong sales pitch/background
- At least completed 2 years in college with no back subjects
- Willingness to work on flexible schedule
- Strong English skills
- Good communication and comprehension skills

- Communication Skills - Strong persuasion, active listening, and negotiation abilities
- Consultative Selling – ability to identify customer needs and recommend tailored product / service by asking proper and probing questions
- Upselling / Cross-selling – maximizing revenue by offering additional products or services
- Negotiating Skills – persuade customer to heed to your suggestion, handle objections
- Active Listening – being able to understand complex customer requests
- Empathy & Building Rapport – establishing trust quickly with customers while handling their complaints with professionalism
- Results Orientation – focus on achieving the goal and meeting the KPis on a regular basis
