Key Expectations
- Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes (30 seconds for high-priority sources)
- Maintain a Never Decline policy for live Zillow transfers
- Execute 150+ outbound dials daily (follow-ups + nurturing)
- Qualify leads using the LPMAMA method
- Set and confirm appointments in Follow Up Boss and Google Calendar
- Manage a 30-day blitz for unresponsive leads
- Maintain real-time CRM updates and tagging
