Job Summary
The Inbound Logistics Supervisor oversees the receiving, storage, and inventory of raw and packaging materials to ensure timely supply for production. This role ensures efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company quality and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily receiving and warehouse inbound operations.
- Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, storage, and system recording of incoming materials.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Planning, Production, Quality Assurance, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
- Ensure proper storage, material handling, and compliance with FIFO/FEFO, GMP, 5S, and safety standards.
- Lead, train, and monitor warehouse personnel to achieve operational targets.
- Investigate and resolve receiving, inventory, and warehouse issues.
- Prepare and monitor warehouse performance reports and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations in a manufacturing or FMCG company.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Valenzuela City.
