We're hiring an experienced, coachable, driven, and resilient Inbound and Outbound Sales Associate to join a high-producing Arkansas real estate team. You'll be calling inbound and outbound seller leads, building rapport fast, and converting conversations into qualified appointments for our listing agents.
This role is for someone who loves the phone, doesn't get discouraged by objections, wants to learn from the team experts, and has the stamina to talk to people all day with confidence, clarity, and results. If you've got real estate calling experience and the grit to win in a high-volume, high-conversion environment, we want to hear from you.
