Reports To: ISM Part Leader

About the Role:

Contributes to the creation and design of promotional materials, ensuring effective interpretation and coordination of all visual media for merchandise presentations. Utilizes innovative display techniques and signage methods to enhance brand visibility, while maintaining strong relationships with Key Accounts to oversee and support all promotional activities.

Assists the GTM Head in developing the In-Store Marketing (ISM) strategy aimed at achieving defined business objectives across all product categories (Home Appliances, Home Entertainment, Air Conditioning, and Mobile Communications).

Responsibilities:

  • Design and conceptualize the product display of the showroom
  • Plan window displays according to seasonal trends and fashion
  • Ideate and strategize the presentation of products for promotion events of the store.
  • Ensure proper signage and lighting for the display of merchandise.
  • Responsible for exploring new technologies to improve and innovate in-store visibility.
  • Analyze floor plans of the store and customers flow patterns for planning displays appropriately.
  • Lead ES office admin and MDS field personnel; and delegate necessary tasks.
  • Consult with GTM/ISM head to determine type of merchandise to be featured and time and place for each display.
  • Develop ISM displays at special exhibits, such as trade shows.
  • Responsible for management and monitoring of ISM budget and investments.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate category plans to meet profit objectives (return of investment).
  • Manage and evaluate ISM promotion levels to achieve maximum returns.
  • Ensure alignment across Sales and Corporate Marketing on instore enhancement needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Product Director for budget approval.
  • Put in place, monitor and improve processes to link all in-store enhancement activities with the Sales team.
  • Work closely with other departments to improve processes that will enhance and speed up executions and implementation of all activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in Interior or Industrial Design, Visual Merchandising, or Trade Marketing
  • Highly creative with strong artistic sense, complemented by excellent project management and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Experience in budget planning and management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence effectively
  • Assertive and adaptable, able to respond quickly to changing environments
  • Skilled in communicating across all organizational levels
  • Willing to travel up to 80% to support ISM strategy implementation
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
  • Ability to drive a Class 1 vehicle is an advantage
