Responsibilities: 

 

The Testing Lead is responsible for overseeing the software testing process, ensuring product quality, and leading a team of QA engineers. This role involves planning, designing, and executing test strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.  

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field  
  

• 3–10 years of experience in software testing/QA  
  

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC  
  

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)  
  

• Hands-on experience in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)  
  

• Good understanding of API testing and performance testing  
  

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
  

• Excellent leadership and communication skills  
  
  

• BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA
