JOB OPENING: IN-HOUSE CIVIL ENGINEER (ARCHITECTURAL & SITE SPECIALIST)
Position: In-House Civil Engineer (Site & Production Operations)
Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Target Candidate Age: 30 – 40 years old
About The Role
We are seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable In-House Civil Engineer to oversee site and production operations. This position focuses heavily on Architectural Finishes and Architectural Works rather than structural, plumbing, or electrical installations.
The ideal candidate possesses strong site inspection (QA/QC) capabilities, exceptional manpower management, and excellent analytical skills to ensure smooth project execution with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Quality Control: Oversee daily site and production operations, ensuring architectural works meet exact quality, aesthetic, and engineering standards.
Manpower & Team Leadership: Efficiently handle, direct, and manage site manpower, foremen, and sub-contractors to maintain workflow productivity and meet strict deadlines.
Site Meetings & Client Coordination: Represent the company in client, sub-contractor, and consultant site meetings with high professionalism and presentable conduct.
Plans & Quantity Take-offs: Review, interpret, and adjust architectural layouts using AutoCAD and SketchUp; perform accurate mathematical calculations for materials and costing.
Field & Office Coordination: Conduct regular site visits and inspections while submitting timely progress reports and operational updates to the main office.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) — Licensed or Unlicensed (CPA/PRC license is NOT required).
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven work experience as an In-House / Site Engineer in the construction industry, with a primary focus on Architectural Works (finishes, fit-outs, interior/exterior architectural details).
Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; strong mathematical, estimation, and analytical skills.
Leadership & Management: Demonstrated track record of great manpower management, strong decision-making, and effective problem-solving under pressure.
Mobility & Licensing: Must have personal means of transportation and a Valid Driver's License for field visits and site inspections.
Location: Must reside within Metro Manila or neighboring areas — candidates residing near Banawe / La Loma, Quezon City are highly preferred.

Communication: Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
