Equirements
College Graduate of Bs in IT or any related course
Minimum required experience - 1yr but less than 3 years
Programming: .NET, Javascript
Experience in Crystal Reports, MySQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Web Server Applications, Network Design, VB6 Literate
Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level. With experience in laboratory information system or aything related, preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support on computer or system related problems to internal and external customers
Resolve technical problems via phone, remote access, or on-site visit.
Loyalty and retention of customers through good cutomer relations
Management of servers and workstations
