IMS Engineer

The Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Engineer supports the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Refinery IMS covering quality, environmental, and occupational safety and health. The role provides support in ensuring refinery‑wide compliance with applicable standards, policies, and legal requirements.

The engineer assists in developing and updating IMS documentation, facilitating internal audits, monitoring corrective actions, and coordinating the Management of Change (MOC) process. The role also supports activities related to the Refinery Technical Forum, audit engagements, document control, and cross‑department coordination to ensure effective and sustained IMS performance.

Job Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC).
• Strong skills in documentation, analysis, problem‑solving, communication, and compliance review.
• Handling of IMS, ISO Certifications, and/or other related items is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be assigned in Bataan.
