  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, brokers, and warehousing partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality
  • Supervise warehouse operations and inventory management, aligning stock levels with demand forecasts and minimizing discrepancies
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across logistics and imports, using data and KPIs to enhance efficiency and performance

About You

You're a decisive leader with a strong presence, ready to be the face of Fonterra to our partners and stakeholders. With a background in logistics operations and a knack for building relationships, you thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and are passionate about continuous improvement. In addition, you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, International Business, or a related field
  • Significant experience in logistics, warehousing, imports, or supply chain management, ideally with customs compliance and international trade exposure
  • Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and transportation logistics; experience as a licensed broker highly desirable
  • Proficiency in JDE, Excel, PowerPoint, and warehouse/logistics management systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
