Importation Coordinator – Onsite (Quezon City)
Ensure every shipment moves with accuracy, compliance, and control.
This role is for someone who understands the details behind import operations—from documentation to coordination with brokers and customs. As an Importation Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end import processes, ensuring all shipments are compliant, complete, and processed without delays.
What You Will Do
- Manage importation processes from shipment planning to clearance
- Coordinate with suppliers, brokers, and customs for smooth processing
- Review and ensure completeness of import documents (BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Phytosanitary Certificates, etc.)
- Monitor shipment status and resolve issues related to delays or discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company requirements
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all import transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Relevant experience in importation, brokerage, or customs processes
- Strong familiarity with import documentation and regulatory requirements
- Experience coordinating with third parties (suppliers, brokers, customs)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in documentation
- Able to manage multiple shipments and timelines with accuracy
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
