Job Description
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor AOGs in F.A.S.T in real-time
- Answer & Handle customer requests
- Represent the client to carriers and FXL network
- Give instructions to the Back Officer
- Advise the customer on potential restrictions (Weather/Geo-Political/Trade Compliance)
- Control administrative documents, forms related to the transport of goods, and content.
- 3-4 years experience in the logistics industry
- Knowledge in International Air Transport Regulations including Incoterms and customs rules
- With Air Freight Import and Export experience
- Amenable to work in Alabang Site
- Availability for 24/7/365 shift-based operations, including public holidays
