Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate import and export shipping documents. (E.g. Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Bill
of Lading etc.)
- Must accurately enter all shipping details to system as per documents.
- Pass over jobs either to local team mate, counterpart or send for lodgment all compiled and tasks.
- Ensure accuracy of completed works at all times
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Provide customers with product and service information with the highest quality standard
- Research any required information using available resources
- Other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or the client
Requirements
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam in Customs or similar), Logic/Transportation, or equivalent
- Preferably at least 1-year experience in freight forwarding, brokerage, or logistics
- With import/export shipment data entry experience
- With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 45 WPM
- Knowledgeable in CargoWise One is an advantage but not required
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy
- Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
- Flexibility to accept and take on additional tasks when required
- Must be knowledgeable in pre-lodgement procedures, customs declaration creation, conversion, and valuation.
- Full-time positions available and can start ASAP
- Amenable to report onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City
