Key Responsibilities:

The Implementations Support Associate plays a critical, background-focused role in optimizing the onboarding and implementation lifecycle for Fieldguide clients. This role focuses on processing multi-layered source documentation, managing data configuration, and executing core system setup tasks within the Fieldguide hub. Functioning as a fully embedded remote team member, the Associate drives the manual product maneuvers required to free up internal technical capacity while steadily cross-training to transition into client-facing delivery ownership.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with a proven capability to execute repetitive data configurations and formatting across layered document formats with an exceptionally low error rate.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-based software tools for automation is a plus.
• Must clear Infinit-O's proprietary screening metrics for absolute data entry accuracy, tabular data manipulation, and English language comprehension. Proven capability to execute repetitive, high-volume data extraction tasks across multi-layered document formats while maintaining an exceptionally low error rate.
• Have excellent analytical and communication skills–will transition to client-facing roles as the team gains proficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification or master's degreepreferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of foundational experience in accounting support, book-keeping, data aggregation, or generalized back-office process execution. Audit exposure is a plus.
