The Role

As an Implementation Specialist, youll be at the heart of our customer journeyguiding new clients through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition into Titaniums platform. Youll work directly with clients to understand their needs, configure the system to fit their unique setup, and make sure theyre set up for success.

This role is not just about setting things upits about partnership. Youll help clients feel confident, supported, and ready to embrace new ways of working.

What Youll Do
  • Lead client onboarding projects from kick-off to go-live.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements to configure Titaniums payroll and HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, TechOps, Client Success, SysOps, Engineering) to ensure accurate and timely implementations.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use the platform effectively.
  • Identify risks, challenges, or data issues early and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the implementation process for clients and the team.

What Success Looks Like
  • Clients are confidently using Titaniums platform by the end of the implementation.
  • Projects are delivered on time, with clear communication and minimal friction.
  • Clients feel supported and trust Titanium as a partner in their success.
  • Project documents are properly signed from requirements to certificate of completion (COC).

What Were Looking For
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinkingyou enjoy untangling complexity.
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
  • Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and process mapping.
  • Growth mindsetyoure eager to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
  • Background in HR, payroll, SaaS, or client-facing project work is a plus, but not required.
