Join Our Team as an Implementation Specialist
Connext is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Implementation Specialist to support a US-based client while working from home.
This role plays a key part in client onboarding, system setup, and post-implementation support. You will manage workflows, activate products and features, and ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to full system utilization.

What You'll Do:
- Manage initial onboarding steps for new clients, including welcome communications and order verification.
- Create and maintain client databases across internal systems.
- Update and validate customer information within CMS platforms.
- Create and manage implementation projects in Jira.
- Handle add-on product implementations, including module activation and product registration.
- Manage ePrescribe and ERA registrations (form distribution, portal setup, verification).
- Coordinate workflow handoffs to the appropriate internal teams.
- Enable system features such as auto-posting and verify third-party integrations.
- Communicate with client offices regarding additional providers or seats, including confirmations and billing updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation and implementation records.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in implementation, onboarding, client operations, or similar roles.
- Experience using ticketing or project management tools such as Jira or similar systems.
- Stable employment history.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with healthcare or dental software systems.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, HIP systems, or similar databases.
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or external portals.
