Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for an Implementation Officer at whiteStrings®, servicing South Luzon. The role includes overseeing the deployment and integration of whiteStrings® system within educational institutions, providing user training and technical support, and monitoring the implementation process to ensure success. The Implementation Officer will collaborate closely with stakeholders, address client-specific challenges, provide insights for continuous platform improvement, and ensure a smooth transition for all users. Remote work is possible for specific tasks, but the candidate should be available to be client and on-site when necessary.

Proficiency in Project Management, Planning, and Coordination
Strong Communication, Client Management, and Collaboration skills
Problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach
Experience in providing training and technical support to users
Flexibility to work
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, or a related field preferred
