Job Summary
CHANNEL APPLICATION / WHOLESALE BANKING SEGMENT
The
Implementation Manager manages the overall implementation of a corporate/business deal of the products / services under the purview of DBD (Deposits Business Division) / WBS (Wholesale Banking Segment) which can be positioned as a business solution for wholesale accounts. He/She engages with corporate clients to ensure a timely and meaningful integration of the services availed related to the customer's business process, both technical and procedural. Coordinates with various units to ensure that the delivery of the service/product to the customer is seamless.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Conducts training/walkthrough regarding DBD/WBS Products availed by client.
- Conducts client inspections/visit onsite/over the phone to address escalated concerns at point of implementation.
- Explains the technical aspect of DBD/WBS products during Implementation
Complaints Management / Issue Resolution
- Provides after sales assistance during the implementation window or after, as needed, to resolve customer issues
Information Technology Adeptness
- Helps in integrating customer systems with DBD/WBS products/applications.
Needs Analysis and Solution Matching
- Gathers customer feedback and business intelligence during implementation to be relayed to the Product Development / Product Management / Channels team for further improvement of the Bank's existing product offerings and overall competitiveness

Job Qualifications
Years of Work Experience: 5-10 years
Educational Attainment/Required course (if applicable): Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, Open to any field of study

if applicable): Combination of IT, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Product Management
Knowledge And Skills Requirement
- Broad understanding of cash management / WBS services.
- Tech savvy, knowledgeable on systems that companies utilize.

- Above average communication skills - ability to clearly convey information and ideas to individuals or groups
