The
Implementation Head role is responsible for leading end-to-end telecom implementation, rollout, and service delivery operations in a data- and value-driven manner. The role oversees large-scale deployment programs, customer support delivery, workforce and ASP management, financial performance, and operational governance while ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, security, and E+OHS standards. This role also drives customer satisfaction, strategic transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement across implementation and service delivery operations.
What you will do:
- Lead full-cycle telecom rollout and implementation programs from planning to customer handover.
- Manage implementation scope, workforce planning, delivery governance, and operational performance.
- Own rollout financials, budget management, invoicing, and contract delivery performance.
- Drive KPI management, operational excellence, process transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer relationships, stakeholder expectations, escalations, and SLA compliance.
- Lead implementation managers, deployment teams, vendors, and ASP partners.
- Ensure compliance with customer, corporate, legal, security, and E+OHS requirements.
- Support commercial engagements, contract renewals, and business growth opportunities.
- Drive strategic modernization, automation, and data-driven delivery initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality communication and collaboration across customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
The skills you bring:
- 10–15+ years of experience in telecom implementation, rollout, service delivery, or network operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale telecom deployment programs.
- Strong background in regional or multi-country telecom operations.
- Experience handling Tier 1 telecom operators or enterprise customers.
- Strong financial, commercial, and contract management exposure.
- Demonstrated leadership of large cross-functional delivery organizations.
- Experience driving transformation, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and customer-facing capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure and complex delivery environments.
- Must be willing to work in Davao
