Solver is seeking an Implementation Enablement Specialist (Functional) to design and develop standardized implementation assets that support scalable deployment across industry verticals.

This role focuses on building financial reports, dashboards, data models, and planning templates that enable Sales, Services, and Partners to deliver high-quality implementations efficiently.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

FP&A Reporting & Planning Assets

  • Design and build financial and operational reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Develop templates for budgeting, forecasting, and modeling
  • Build dashboards that present key metrics in a clear and actionable format

Data Modeling & Solution Design

  • Create scalable data models to support reporting and analytics
  • Translate business requirements into structured FP&A solutions
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across all assets

Sales & Implementation Support

  • Build proof-of-concept reports and dashboards to support pre-sales activities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Solution Engineers on vertical solutions
  • Support adoption and usage of developed assets across teams

Quality & Documentation

  • Conduct testing and validation of developed assets
  • Create documentation including configuration guides and best practices
  • Continuously improve assets based on feedback and usage

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or implementation roles
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial templates
  • Experience with reporting tools and data modeling concepts
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
