Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for executing data entry, reporting, and system-related tasks within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
General Data Entry & System Tasks:
- Assist with data entry in EVO, Salesforce, and other systems.
- Manage payroll processes, including Auto/Email payrolls.
- Perform CSR reassignment in EVO and Salesforce.
- Facilitate client Employee Portal registrations and Tax Portal setups.
- Process client terminations and no-starts.
- Set up client calendars and client shell accounts.
Employee Demographic Setup:
- Enter detailed employee information including names, addresses, SSN, and tax details.
- Update compensation details (hourly rate, salary, deductions, etc.).
- Process direct deposit information and any reimbursements.
- Manage accrual balances and state-mandated sick/401K accruals.
Audits & Compliance Tasks:
- Conduct client audits and billing audits.
- Perform tax portal and GL setups to ensure compliance.
Administrative & Support Tasks:
- Upload documents to Salesforce.
- Communicate with Implementation Specialists and team members about ongoing tasks.
- Maintain and exceed production and quality standards.
- Alert Operations Support Leaders of any quality or service concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt when processes do not work as expected.
- Proficiency in following procedures and executing tasks with consistency.
- Excellent typing skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills with internal partners in written form.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in basic MS Word and PowerPoint, with intermediate MS Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP).
