What You'll Do
Training Responsibilities
Deliver professional and engaging training to customers.
Conduct pre-Go-Live and post-Go-Live sessions to ensure users are confident and capable.
Maintain and update training materials.
Coordinate training logistics and obtain user sign-offs.
System Installation Responsibilities
Configure and install software and hardware as required.
Conduct pre-installation meetings and obtain approvals.
Coordinate data preparation and ensure systems are ready for Go-Live.
Collaborate closely with internal and external teams for smooth delivery.
Other Key Duties
Ensure quality, on-time deployment of all projects.
Maintain documentation and report project progress.
Escalate risks and issues proactively to the Delivery Manager or PMO.
Support pilot testing and customer support activities as needed.
What You'll Bring
Strong knowledge ofautomotive business processesandDealer Management Systems (DMS).
Previous experience in the automotive operations or software implementation or project management is highly desirable.
Accounting knowledge and experience
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally, as required.
