Implementation and Technical Engineer

Job Description

- Take training in Freshworks products

- Attend partner training and certifications

- Attend to the technical concerns of the client regarding the related products

- Provide a solution to the client's technical concerns

- Conduct user training on how to use the product

- Implement the business requirements and use cases of the client

- Implement the solutions project

Skills Needed

• Experience working with software development, SaaS, cloud, CRM, ITSM, or other technology projects.
• Experience managing projects for local and/or international clients.
• Must be organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks and projects.
• Must understand the trade-offs between time, cost, quality, and scope.
• At least 2 years of working experience is required.

Requirements

- This is a hybrid setup and requires you to go to the office, client meetings, or events (2 to 3 days working onsite).

- Minimum of 2 weeks onsite training

- Have a proper laptop and headset or earphones.

- Have a stable Internet connection.

- Have a space that is not noisy.

- Residing in Metro Manila
