Overview

SUMMARY

The Implementation Analyst I manages the initial implementation of software setup of new and existing client properties for Renter Engagement Solutions Services as well as provides fact-based implementation guidance to ensure successful transfer of information. Using established procedures, the IA is required to analyze client data and take the appropriate actions necessary to implement all requested products. This person should have exceptional customer service, project management and organizational skills as well as above average computer skills. The Implementation Analyst is instrumental in effectively communicating challenges to the appropriate departments to ensure a positive client implementation experience.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation of one or more products for small to midsize property management companies.
  • Coordination of RealPage services including data conversion and training.
  • Creating logos and completing web design tasks
  • Deliver on-time implementations, per agreement with the customer.
  • Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate to your leader, issues or risks to assigned implementations.
  • Review client business practices and confirm data is converted in a way that best utilizes RealPage products.
  • Review complex orders to confirm that all services being provided have been properly requested.
  • Perform peer review of the work produced by teammates to ensure it meets department quality standards.
  • Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects within a short time frame.
  • Communicate with management regarding the status of assignments and any obstacles encountered that may hinder the achievement of designated goals.

Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Graduate of any four-year course related to IT or software.
  • With 2 years work experience in Digital Marketing, SEO and Graphic Designing
  • With background using photoshop, SharePoint and Salesforce
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale client rollouts and cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to interpret business rules, workflows, and system parameters with accuracy to support configuration and implementation.
  • Precision in handling configurations, data conversions, audits, and peer reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Capacity to identify issues, assess risks, and escalate concerns to leadership when necessary.
  • Competence in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines within tight timeframes.
  • Commitment to supporting clients by aligning requirements and ensuring satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
  • Familiarity with RealPage Front Office solutions and related services to support product-specific tasks.
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphic design tools to assist in web-based configurations.
  • Understanding basic data migration principles and the use of configuration tools for effective data conversion.
  • Skill in configuring pricing structures, leasing forms, and system parameters based on client specifications.
  • Responsibility for reviewing peer work and validating orders to ensure configuration accuracy.
  • Clear and effective communication with leadership and cross-functional teams to support collaboration.
  • Ability to work closely with project managers, consultants, and technical support teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Flexibility in managing shifting priorities and handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Initiative to identify process gaps early and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Knowledge of property management operations and how RealPage products align with client needs.
  • Application of structured onboarding and best practices to ensure smooth and efficient implementation.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams for daily communication and documentation.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and e xpress or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.
