Your Role
As an
Implementation & Solutions Consultant, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned US and European clients throughout the entire client lifecycle, from presales and implementation to training and ongoing customer success.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations for prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and guide them through the sales process.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including Quality Management System (QMS) configuration, workflow setup, deployment, and client onboarding.
- Configure and customize the SaaS platform using built-in tools and light scripting while translating client requirements into technical specifications when custom development is needed.
- Deliver client training, provide ongoing advisory support, maintain implementation documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and platform adoption.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Health & Safety, or Process Improvement roles.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles such as Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Presales, or Customer Success.
- Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and presenting solutions independently to senior stakeholders.
- Willing to work a Mid Shift schedule supporting clients across the US and Europe.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience working with or supporting clients in the US, UK, or European markets.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, GMP, or other quality and regulatory frameworks.
- Technical aptitude with experience in SaaS platform configuration, web-based applications, programming, or light scripting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements independently.
