- Import & Export Management Manages importation and exportation processes, customs clearance, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Cost Control & Savings Achieves cost reductions through effective sourcing, negotiation, and budget management
- Supplier & Broker Management Develops and manages relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers
- Inventory & Material Availability Ensures uninterrupted supply of raw materials, packaging materials, and critical supplies
- Regulatory Compliance Ensures compliance with FDA, BOC, BAI, BFAR, and other applicable government regulations
- Logistics & Delivery Performance Monitors shipment schedules, lead times, and on-time delivery performance

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Customs Administration, International Trade, Management, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, import/export within FMCG or food manufacturing is REQUIRED
Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain dynamics
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Strong negotiation skills
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Creative and innovative mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of FDA, and other regulatory boards involved in import/export
