Role Description This part-time remote Immigration Consultant role involves advising clients on study, work, and settlement options in Australia, as well as short-term tourist and business visas. The consultant will assess client profiles, explain relevant immigration pathways, and provide clear guidance on documentation and eligibility requirements. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing visa applications, drafting support letters, and maintaining accurate client records. The role requires staying current with immigration and visa regulations, communicating updates to clients, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure consistent, high-quality service. The consultant will also contribute to informational materials, online resources, and client communications that support informed decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration trends, with the ability to build a pipeline of prospects - student, professionals and family members who'd like to migrate overseas.
  • Experience working with visas and visa procedures, including document review, application preparation, and compliance checks.
  • Background or training in law or immigration law, and the capacity to explain legal requirements in clear, accessible language.
  • Consulting skills, including client interviewing, needs assessment, and development of tailored immigration strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases remotely.
  • Prior experience in education or migration advisory services is highly beneficial
  • Comfort with digital tools, case management syste
  • ability to work on a commission basis
