Your Role:- Data entry assisting with drafting visa applications and cover letters
- Collate and save down and rename all client documentation
- Prepare checklists
- Reviewing client documentation, record and track document expiry dates
- Prepare document reviews against checklists
- Update and track visa expiry dates
- Audit internal systems for visa tracking (Jobadder and Astute)
- Communicate as needed with the necessary agencies in the Philippines related to the visa processes.
- All additional ad-hoc administrative tasks.
What You Need:Non-negotiables- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word expertise, experience with Microsoft Outlook, ability to learn other applications.
- Must have prior knowledge of administration experience within
the New Zealand Immigration industry
