Immediate Hiring - Product Operations Manager Enterprise Application Support

• Lead day-to-day product support operations and escalations.
• Monitor support metrics, case trends, and service performance.
• Drive process improvements and GenAI initiatives using GPT.
• Coordinate UAT, product releases, training, and user adoption.
• Mentor peers and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams.

Skills and requirements:

• With 10 years of Tech Product/Application Support experience.
• With 10 years of supporting complex, data-heavy enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of systems architecture, dependencies, and troubleshooting.
• Experience mentoring peers or leading projects without formal authority.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig, on a rotational US/UK shift schedule.
